Baypoint Sports Club is a multi-purpose venue which specialises in providing tailored services to match a range of requirements. There are two rooms / meeting areas to hire, which are ideal for business meetings and conferences, providing a flexible space for anything from two to 300 delegates, in addition to access to outdoor exhibition space for larger events. The beautiful outdoor terrace offers an area to relax and unwind during breaks in the conference agenda. Our exceptional facilities are matched by unrivalled levels of hospitality, exceptional catering and superb technical support, to deliver a unique and highly competitive corporate offering.
Free Wi-Fi facilities are provided throughout the site and superb multimedia equipment is also available. A dedicated conference team is also on-hand to provide full technical support, if required.
Working under the direction of a highly experienced head chef, the in-house catering team is able to offer a wide range of catering options to suit every requirement and can provide a choice of menus designed to suit any type or size of meeting, conference or corporate event. All dietary requirements are catered for.
Our catering offering extends from full on-site catering for guests, to a simple cup of tea or coffee / light refreshments throughout the day.

Location, location, location!
Baypoint is situated just five miles from Ramsgate and is conveniently accessed by both public transport and travel by car. The club is sited just off the A256, and provides delegates with the added benefit of ample free parking. Its unique location and excellent transport links support Baypoint’s proposition as an easily accessible conference venue for delegates travelling from Thanet, Dover, Folkestone and Canterbury. It is equally well placed to welcome delegates travelling by motorway or rail links from across the UK.
Baypoint’s beautiful setting alongside the Great Stour and extensive grounds, also serve to position the venue as an ideal location for team-building and other corporate events.
